3. How long until I receive my money?

4. Will I be charged for deposit and withdrawal transactions from IB8?

You will NOT charge its members for any deposits and withdrawals made to their accounts. However, please be informed that many selected banks have additional transaction fees, which are not shouldered by us.

5. I don't have any bonus, is there a requirement to be able to withdraw? If yes, what is the requirement?

Players without bonus should wager 1x their deposit amount to be able to withdraw. Please note that any bets rejected, voided, drawn or tied will not count towards any wagering requirement.

REBATE

1. What is Rebates?

Rebates is entitled for all IB8’s members based on their daily / weekly total amount wagered in Live Dealer Casino, Sports, and Slots selected games only.

2. How does the Rebates works

Rebate will be calculated based on the Promotion entitlement for each product that is eligible for the member.

Slot: Cut-off of daily calculation of stake is every day from 00:00 to same day 23:59(GMT+7)

Sportsbook: Cut off of weekly calculation of stake is every week from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59(GMT+7)

3. Is there any rollover requirement for Rebates if I would like to do a withdrawal?

Rebate promotions come with x1 rollover requirement.You may fulfill the rollover requirement before withdraw the Rebates or continue to enjoy our games.

4. How do I check my Rebates?

Kindly log into IB8 and proceed to Account History – Rebate History. There will be a remark that indicates the cash rebates with amount.

KYC

1. What Is KYC?

Know Your Customer (KYC) refers to the due diligence activities that IB8 as a regulated business must perform to provide services to you. It is important that we are able to positively identify our customers to comply with both regulatory requirements and to help ensure the security of accounts. KYC procedures are required to establish certain information about our members for compliance with the relevant legislations and to ensure probity of IB8 members and their activities with us.

2. What Is IB8’s KYC Verification Process?

IB8 is fully licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. As part of our due diligence to satisfy regulatory requirements, we are required to verify the identity of our members.

To fulfill the necessary KYC verification process, we will require our members to provide us with a copy of certain valid identification documents. This request will be communicated to you via your email address registered with IB8. Please note that you will require access to a scanner or camera for your submission of the required documents through [Player Center] We may contact you via your registered telephone details to further facilitate the verification process, where necessary.

Acceptable forms of identification include a photo in the document (within valid period), such as government issued identity cards, passports, driver’s license, vehicle license, etc. Acceptable proof of residence includes a bank/credit card bill within 90 days or utility bill, mobile phone bill, etc. If we cannot verify a member’s age, identity or place of residence, the account can be suspended and deducted for payments until the member provides valid information. Notwithstanding the above, IB8 reserves the right to perform KYC verifications on any of our members as and when we deem necessary or appropriate.

3. How Long Is the Verification Processing Time?

Provided full and complete documents are received, we shall take no more than 72 hours upon the receipt of your document(s) to complete the verification process. Under certain circumstances, however, longer processing time may be required. In any event, we will endeavor to complete the verification process within the shortest possible time frame.

OTHER

1. Why are there so many wallets?

There are 2 types of wallets – Main and Sub wallet.

  1. The Main Wallet’s balance displays the total amount that you can withdraw using the various banking methods. The same balance can also be transferred to the Sub Wallet to fund betting transactions. All newly successful deposits are updated to the Main Wallet’s balance.
  2. Each product has its own wallet. The Sub’s Wallet displays the amounts available for betting on the following respective products.
